The VA 4-Step Autograph Verification Process

• INK ANALYSIS: Analysis under extreme magnification is the first step in order to detect auto-pen, facsimile, stamps and false signatures that do not correspond with the relevant time period of the signed article.
• SIGNATURE CROSS REFERENCE: The signature is then cross referenced in our VA Exemplar Signature Catalog that contains over 200,000 autographs and then the signatures are computer matched in order to examine for common characteristics within the range of signature flow, angle, style and spontaneity.
• VA ALPHANUMERIC ID: After your item has passed the examination of our review department, your item will be assigned a VA alphanumeric verification id. This code will allow you to view and verify the autograph verification report for this particular item anytime on the VA site. 
• VA HOLOGRAPHIC BADGES: A tamper-resistant hologram with your unique VA identification number will be placed on the signed article. A matching hologram will then be placed on your Certificate or Document of authenticity. This prevents coa fraud and ensures that your article and it's documents of authenticity will always remain a verifiable pair....CONGRATULATIONS!

RETURN POLICY: 

 We are committed to excellence at Verified Autographs LLC. Autographed items can be returned for a complete refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please return all items in their original state with all included documentation. Refunds will not be granted for autograph analysis services unless your product has not been evaluated due to an incomplete submission application.
